1.    Residential Materials Exchange Bundle (includes: Materials Exchange, Recyclopedia, Directories, News, etc.)

i.    99,999 people or less....$1000  (1 cent per person per year)
ii.   100,001 to 200,000.......$1800 (0.9 cents per person per year)
iii.  200,001 to 300,000.......$2400 (0.8 cents per person per year)
iv.  300,001 to 400,000.......$2800 (0.7 cents per person per year)
v.   400,001 to 500,000.......$3000 (0.6 cents person per year)
vi.  500,001 and up......................(0.5 cents per person per year)

2.    Setup & Design: $1500 first year only

3.    Individual modules only (Recyclopedia, Directories, etc): 1/3 of costs above
